It is always important to know how to access medical care when you need it, and if you are planning on moving away from your current living space it is good to ask your clinical case manager for advice on how to get a new doctor.
When preparing to graduate from the Compass Rose Program many participants have gained a fluffy friend. However, in most living situations outside of our program in order to keep your pet you will have to get them registered as an Emotional Support Animal or if they allow pets pay a pet deposit. These are things that are great to plan out with your care team as you prepare to graduate from the program.
